Should you wish to return an item or order you must send an email stating your reason along with your order number to thetacklecompanyltd@gmail.com.
We are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted items, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will not refund or cover the postage costs in this circumstance.
If an item is not returned in its original packaging we may not be able to offer a full refund. (The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you receive a faulty/damaged item within your order you must inform us within 30 days via writing, we may request photos of the item, if we authorise this return we will send a prepaid return label. You are then entitled to a full refund or replacement (dependant on availability)
Any courier damages or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
