This time The Tackle Company traveled to Juvanze Lakes in the Champagne region of France 🇫🇷
It’s a very easy drive from Calais which takes around 3 hrs 45 mins.
We always stay in Reims  the night before, where there is a Mcdonalds, restaurants, supermarket, and able to get fuelÂ
LAKE REVIEW
We fished Juvanze Blue ( 2nd time now ) which is around 5 acres and for myself would only take 3 anglers max.
There are 5 swims to choose from all nice sizes, we always fish 1,3 and 5 ( we only cast so makes sense that way to cover all the water )Â

FISH REVIEW
Same as before but EVEN BETTER !! Last time 34 carp this time 55 carp and may well be the best week ever on there !!!Â
The catch report includesÂ
X3 60s (Biggest 3 in the lake)
Including x2 PBs 😊
X5 50s
X22 40sÂ
The King of the pond ( Apple Scales ) was the original biggest at 68 plus but now dropped back so the biggest was 64.2 Mirror.
So fishing was excellent !!!

FACILITIES REVIEW
This is also excellent for our group vote (hence the return)Â
Kitchen (fully fitted)
Shower / toilet (clean and tidy)Â
Outside eating area with a table
Wi fi (if you need it - not great signal so handy for my work)
Large Tv with English Channels
BBQ available

STAFF REVIEW
Owner / Bayliff - Jeff (owner) communication was excellent through the booking process (as we’ve been before did not need lots of questions, but he would be happy to answer any)
Rob (Bayliff) well this is the model set for a Bayliff - everything is done with ease and naturally on hand for anything needed
He’s one of those that has a laugh, never puts you on the back foot.
Basically a very warm welcome and just lets us crack on (met many that think they know everything- never listen 🤣).
OVERALL REVIEW
Excellent rating all round and still our favourite lake under 10 acres !!!Â
Highly recommended , you can’t go wrong fishing is rated medium difficulty. This lake does get booked well in advance.
Their Facebook page is Juvanze Lakes so please give them a follow and a message about upcoming availability.Â
Take a look at their website https://juvanzelakes.com
